ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

Soulclipse is an outdoor open air festival to celebrate one of nature's most spectacular natural manifestations, the Total Solar Eclipse.

The Festival concept is based on a long continuous history of other Eclipse festivals that occurred throughout the globe.

 Indigokids as the organizers of the event have a collective mission to unite the tribe in Turkey for this festive occasion. In order for us all to witness one of the most awesome sights displayed by nature, and to be immersed in its universal cosmic energy cycle. To dance in unison, exchange ideas, meet and befriend new like minded individuals from around the planet. Most importantly to create the perfect atmosphere that encourages freedom and self expression. This goal comes out of love, harmony with nature, and understanding towards each others differences and similarities as human beings. The trance festivals have always been where we have found our greatest opportunities to learn, to grow, to celebrate, to be one with our fellow beings and our Mother Earth, to serve, to pray, to play. The gatherings for us are living theater, evolution in process, creativity manifest. This event is open to all visual art, performance, dance, acoustic unamplified, fireshows, healing arts, yoga, meditation, regulated vending and whatever other freaky idea you might have. The festival will be held on the river banks in a national park. If you are planning to come to the festival & to really feel comfortable at the location, you need to take some time and get prepared. Please do not just turn up. As you will stay for 5 nights and 6 days out in nature, it will be smart to have the following gear at hand:

 WHAT TO BRING:
* Tent and camping gear
* Sleeping bag
* Flashlight
* Garbage bags
* Swimming gear
* Enough clothes to change
* Warm clothes for the nights
* Some cash in euro currency
* Portable ashtray
* Water container
* Sun block
* First aid
* Paper plates and cups (recycling reasons).
* Recyclable toilet paper
* Environment friendly Bio-soaps
* Earplugs
* Good spirit
* Good vibes..

WHAT NOT TO BRING:
* Fireworks and explosives of any kind.
* No weapons of any kind may be brought into the event.
* Bad or disrespectful attitudes.
*Domestic animals are welcome but please keep them on a leash or at voice command at all times, last but not least make sure to clean up after them!!

*Camp fires will only be permitted in designated areas. No charcoal barbecues allowed only gas burners. *Wristbands must be worn at all times. Broken wristbands must be returned to event organizers who will issue a replacement. People without wristbands must pay the gate fee for a new wristband. People found on the property without a wristband, which are unwilling to pay the gate fee, will be escorted off the property through the main gate, no exceptions.

*Wander around the property, especially at night, at your own risk. There are many dangerous trails. Be careful. *No refunds will be offered to those people whose tickets are revoked or are denied entry for violation of the rules. Please remember to leave all those unnecessary, precious items at home, which you anyway won't need at the festival. The less you will bring, the less you'll have to look after. As there will be thousands of people camping and partying out in nature, we all have to follow a few basic rules, to keep this beautiful location in its shape…

Respect. Just as each of us is responsible for bringing what we need for this out doors festival, each of us is responsible for carrying it away again. Consider as your own sacred pledge to the Mother, and leave no trace of your stay. We will all be using community porto potties and compost pit shitters, make sure you don't put anything but human waste into them because we will all suffer. Your camp should be left in tact the way you found it, that means everything disappears completely before you go. Beyond that, take responsibility for the cleanliness of the camp as a whole: pick up any litter in your path. If you can, stay after the multitude and help restore the natural beauty of the site. Please be aware that cleanup is ongoing throughout the Gathering.
